| TNFR2（腫瘤壞死因子受體2，CD120b）是腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族成員，編碼基因 位于人類(lèi)1 號(hào)染色體1p36 .22 區(qū)域，編碼439 個(gè)氨基酸的單程跨膜糖蛋白。其核心特征為 在免疫抑制細(xì)胞（如調(diào)節(jié)性T 細(xì)胞Tregs、髓源抑制性細(xì)胞MDSCs）及腫瘤細(xì)胞表面高表 達(dá)，而正常組織表達(dá)受限，通過(guò)與腫瘤壞死因子（TNF）結(jié)合激活NF-κB、MAPK、 PI3K/Akt 等信號(hào)通路，介導(dǎo)細(xì)胞存活、增殖及免疫調(diào)節(jié)功能。 | |
