| I. Background | |
| CD19（Cluster of Differentiation 19）是一種跨膜糖蛋白，屬于免疫球蛋白超家族成 員，主要表達(dá)于 B 淋巴細(xì)胞譜系細(xì)胞表面，包括前 B 細(xì)胞、成熟 B 細(xì)胞及大多數(shù) B 細(xì)胞惡 性腫瘤細(xì)胞。其功能是作為 B 細(xì)胞受體（BCR）復(fù)合物的共受體，參與 B 細(xì)胞活化、增殖 和分化信號(hào)的傳導(dǎo)。CD19 作為 B 細(xì)胞惡性腫瘤的核心靶點(diǎn)，推動(dòng)了 CAR-T 等精準(zhǔn)免疫治 療的發(fā)展，顯著改善了患者預(yù)后。 | |
