| CD36 是一種跨膜糖蛋白，屬于B類清道夫受體家族，廣泛表達于巨噬細胞、脂肪細胞、心肌細胞、血小板等多種細胞表面。它的主要功能包括識別和轉運長鏈脂肪酸（參與脂質代謝與能量供應）、介導巨噬細胞吞噬氧化低密度脂蛋白（oxLDL）從而促進泡沫細胞形成（動脈粥樣硬化的關鍵步驟），同時在免疫應答中識別凋亡細胞和病原體。CD36 功能異常與脂代謝紊亂、胰島素抵抗、心血管疾病及阿爾茨海默病等病理狀態(tài)密切相關。 | |
