TRPM8（瞬時受體電位 M 型通道 8）是一種冷敏感離子通道，主要表達于感覺神經元，可被低溫（如 8–28°C）、薄荷醇及冰素等天然化合物激活。激活后允許鈉、鈣離子內流，產生動作電位，介導冷覺感受、冷痛及清涼感。此外，TRPM8 也參與調節(jié)炎癥反應、膀胱功能及某些腫瘤（如前列腺癌）的增殖與遷移，是疼痛與溫度感知的重要分子靶點。 |
