| I. Background | |||
| SLC39A6 也稱為 LIV-1 或 ZIP6，是鋅轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白家族的成員，最初被確定為乳腺癌中的 雌激素誘導基因。SLC39A6 的主要功能是將鋅離子從細胞外轉(zhuǎn)移至細胞內(nèi)，并且是酶、轉(zhuǎn) 錄因子和信號分子發(fā)揮作用機制中的關鍵蛋白。該基因在多種腫瘤細胞（如乳腺癌、前列 腺癌、食管癌等）中高表達，而在正常組織中表達有限，成為抗體偶聯(lián)藥物（ADC）治療 的潛在靶點。研究表明 SLC39A6 通過調(diào)節(jié)鋅離子水平影響細胞信號傳導通路（如 JAK/STAT、PI3K/AKT 等），促進腫瘤增殖、侵襲和遷移，并與上皮間質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化（EMT）相 關，通過調(diào)控 Snail 等轉(zhuǎn)錄因子增強細胞遷移能力。在臨床試驗中，靶向 SLC39A6 的 ADC 藥物已顯示出對轉(zhuǎn)移性三陰性乳腺癌等癌癥的治療效果，凸顯其在癌癥治療中的重要性。 | |||
