| EGFRvIII是表皮生長因子受體（EGFR）最常見的胞外區(qū)突變體，由EGFR基因外顯子2-7的框內(nèi)缺失（共801個堿基）導致，造成胞外結(jié)構(gòu)域267個氨基酸的刪除。這種結(jié)構(gòu)缺失使其無法與任何已知配體結(jié)合，卻具有低水平的組成性酪氨酸激酶活性，且因內(nèi)吞和降解受損而信號持續(xù)存在。 | |
