ITGA2（Integrin Subunit Alpha 2，又稱 CD49b / GPIa / VLA-2α）編碼整合素α2亞基，與β1（ITGB1）形成異源二聚體 α2β1 整合素（VLA-2），主要介導細胞與Ⅰ/Ⅳ型膠原及層粘連蛋白的黏附，參與血小板聚集活化、腫瘤細胞侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移、傷口愈合及造血干/祖細胞（小鼠造血干祖細胞表面標志 DX5 即 CD49b）的歸巢。
