| DLL4（Delta-like ligand 4，δ樣蛋白4）定位于人染色體 15q15.1，編碼 I 型跨膜蛋白，屬 Delta/Serrate/LAG-2 (DSL)? 家族的 Notch 配體。它主要在血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞高表達(dá)，通過(guò)結(jié)合 Notch1/Notch4? 受體激活 Notch 信號(hào)通路，利用側(cè)向抑制機(jī)制負(fù)調(diào)控血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞增殖與出芽，對(duì)胚胎及腫瘤血管生成、動(dòng)脈分化至關(guān)重要；其突變可致 Adams-Oliver 綜合征，也是抗血管生成治療的熱點(diǎn)靶點(diǎn)。 | |
