Tau [P301L]? 是由 MAPT? 基因編碼的微管相關蛋白 Tau 在第 301 位密碼子發(fā)生的錯義突變（脯氨酸 Pro → 亮氨酸 Leu），是額顳葉癡呆伴帕金森綜合征（FTDP-17）最常見且研究最深入的致病突變之一。該突變位于 Tau 蛋白的微管結合重復區(qū)（Exon 10），會顯著降低 Tau 與微管的親和力，促進其異常磷酸化、聚集形成成對螺旋細絲（PHFs）及神經纖維纏結，加速神經元退化，廣泛用于構建阿爾茨海默病及 Tau 蛋白病的細胞與轉基因動物模型。 |
