| STEAP1（Six Transmembrane Epithelial Antigen of the Prostate 1，前列腺癌六次跨膜上皮抗原1）定位于人染色體 7q21.13，編碼一種六次跨膜的細胞膜蛋白，主要表達于前列腺、膀胱等上皮組織及細胞間連接處。它在轉(zhuǎn)移性去勢抵抗性前列腺癌、尤文肉瘤等多種腫瘤中顯著高表達，雖自身缺乏典型NADPH結(jié)合域，但可通過與STEAP2等形成異源三聚體參與鐵/銅離子還原與穩(wěn)態(tài)調(diào)控，并介導(dǎo)細胞間通訊與腫瘤進展，是目前ADC、雙抗及CAR-T療法的熱門腫瘤膜靶點。 | |
