DPP4（Dipeptidyl Peptidase 4，二肽基肽酶4，又稱 CD26）是定位于人染色體 2q24.2? 的 II 型跨膜糖蛋白，兼具胞外絲氨酸外切酶活性與免疫共刺激功能：作為酶可特異性切除多肽 N 端的 X?Pro/X?Ala 二肽，降解 GLP?1、GIP 等腸促胰素調(diào)控糖代謝。
