| I. Background | |
| CD131（CSF2RB）是IL-3、IL-5和GM-CSF三種細(xì)胞因子受體的共同信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)亞基（β鏈）。它不能直接結(jié)合配體，但能與各細(xì)胞因子特異的α鏈（如IL-3Rα/CD123）結(jié)合，形成高親和力受體復(fù)合物，啟動(dòng)下游信號(hào)通路。這一復(fù)合體在調(diào)控造血干細(xì)胞增殖、髓系細(xì)胞分化及免疫應(yīng)答中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用，其基因缺陷與肺泡蛋白沉積癥等疾病相關(guān)。 | |
