| I. Background | |
| IL10RB（白細(xì)胞介素-10受體β亞基），也叫做IL-10R2或CRF2-4，是由IL10RB基因編碼的II型細(xì)胞因子受體。 它是IL-10、IL-22、IL-26、IL-28和IFN-λ（IL-29）等多種細(xì)胞因子受體復(fù)合物的共用信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)亞基。它自身不能直接結(jié)合配體，但必須與這些細(xì)胞因子各自的特異性受體α鏈（如IL-10R1）結(jié)合形成復(fù)合物后，才能啟動(dòng)下游的JAK-STAT信號(hào)通路。 在免疫系統(tǒng)中，IL10RB廣泛參與抗炎反應(yīng)、抗病毒免疫和組織屏障保護(hù)等過(guò)程。其編碼基因缺陷與極早發(fā)型炎癥性腸病等疾病相關(guān)。 | |
