BAFF(B 細胞激活因子,B Cell Activating Factor),也稱為 TNFSF13B(Tumor Necrosis Factor Superfamily Member 13B)或 BLyS(B Lymphocyte Stimulator),是一種屬 于腫瘤壞死因子(TNF)超家族的細胞因子。BAFF 主要由單核細胞、巨噬細胞、樹突狀 細胞和某些基質細胞產生,在 B 細胞的存活、增殖和成熟中起關鍵作用。 |

BAFF CHO 細胞,在 CHO-K1 細胞的基礎上,穩(wěn)定表達人 BAFF。BAFF CHO 細胞作為 TACI Effector Reporter Cell 細胞或者 BAFFR Effector Reporter Cell 細胞的靶細胞,很好的模擬了體內 TACI&BAFF 或者 BAFFR&BAFF 的信號轉導過程,原理見下圖所示。
