| 大鼠 Calcr（Calcitonin Receptor, CTR）? 是 B 類七次跨膜 GPCR，單獨(dú)結(jié)合降鈣素（Calcitonin）激活 Gs/Gq→cAMP/Ca²? 通路抑制骨吸收；Ramp3（Receptor Activity-Modifying Protein 3）? 為單次跨膜輔助蛋白，與 Calcr 異源二聚化形成 AMY3（Amylin Receptor 3），將 CTR 配體特異性轉(zhuǎn)為偏好結(jié)合胰淀素（Amylin/IAPP），同時(shí)對(duì) CGRP 親和力低于 RAMP1 組合，主要在下丘腦、心血管及乳腺組織表達(dá)，參與攝食抑制、血糖調(diào)節(jié)及血管舒張。 | |
